[Norman, Episode 1: Girls!]

This is just a copycat of an animated short I saw on Spike & Mike's sick and twisted film festival. Like someone else mentioned, it's called "Ah, L'Amour" by Don Hertzfeldt ( http://www.bitterfilms.com/lamour.html ), where it was done with a stick guy who keeps getting rejected by girls... bypasses the undesirable one.... but then at the end, he says to the girl "i've got money", so then she loves him. And the original wasn't done in flash, it was hand drawn animation. The best part of the movie is the clever concept, which is a stolen concept in this case.

Although I've seen this before (on Livecorpse's movie), you have every right to make your own flash version of this song. Why would someone say this is plagerism? It's not like Livecorpse invented the song either. It's just using a song and making a flash out of it. Livecorpse happened to think of the idea and make it before you....so you were late on the action. Anyways, it could've been better if the rapper moved around more and if you used drawings to describe things, rather than the jpg's. However the jpg's were fitting to the song. Not bad, but I prefer Livecorpse's version...had more artistic & animated effort in it.

Best parts were when the girl slapped that guy and he bled like crazy, and then the part where the Arab guy came loaded with bombs to blow everyone up. Entertaining, good for a quick laugh.

Very entertaining christmas shootout. Animation was great. I liked how that guy with the green hat could curl up in a ball and jump around, seeming virtually invincible, while he killed off all those evil santas. Good work!!

Very creative flash with nice animations. It started off kinda plain and slow (like when the guy is climbing up the ladder), but then got better and more interesting as it went along. Looks like you put a lot of effort into this. I like it, but am still a bit confused by this. Perhaps you could give a brief explanation somewhere for those who don't know. Is it supposed to be about one guy's thought that is transferred to someone else (telepathy?) so they are sharing the same thought?

Well, you're pretty much right on the money. Think of the little grey guy as a thought, entering the mind of another. I hadn't intended for textbook telepathy to be the explanation of this. It just kind of plays off this strange feeling I get sometimes. Like people can hear you think or something. It sounds paranoid, I know, lol. But at any rate, that's the reason that scene is called "Broadcasters".
You can also kinda piece together what part of the mind he's in based on the titles of the scenes, and putting the simple imagery to meanings.
Thanks for the review. It means more coming from an acomplished Flash artist and Newgrounder. You've got quite the series. Keep it up.

[PENGY Part 2]

not bad

Unique concept, having a penguin boxer who has to face a challenging opponent. The silent pauses with reading text kind of slowed it down. Maybe you could've had an announcer voice to fill in that gap. Still, it's an interesting story and will look forward to how the fight turns out.

This was really hilarious, good voice acting with the announcer, and nice spoof of those infomercial things. Funny how people turn to pills and herbs to cure their problems, when the most logical and better way of doing it is simply exercise and good diet.... just what docs recommend too.

Thanks alot. Exact response i was looking for. I watched so many infomericals in my day and all the gimmicks made me sick so i had to do one on my own. Weightloss isn't easy but it's possible and will happen if you really want it to.

Medieval sticks with real talking voices, lol. Better than the usual plain sticks that are silent. Anyways, keep it up.

good

Good movie especially for being only 149K. Most movies of that size aren't that good. Good drawings (curtains, magician, and rabbit) and animation (how the rabbit attacked the guy). Good song choice as well. Hope you continue making more flashes.
