nice

It's amazing. You really gave life to that .swf file. A very emotional flash...a flash who almost dies but then things turn for the better, and it is protected. Interesting and well made interpretation of a "savior" or protector of flash. Good quality work for such a small file size too.

Just my dr0nken perspective, hehe.
Thanks ...

I remember Calculus as being very difficult and boring (yep they try to use that stuff in physics too), but if Calculus was really like this flash animation, it might be fun. This looks like something that could've been used in a math project maybe, but made in a simple and understandable way so that the average person can understand it.... well even with this flash, it still is complicated.... just over my head... oh well. Good voices, kind of like an educational film satire or something. Keep up the good work.

NeeKnight responds:

Well, this flash wasn't really meant to teach you a whole lot about calculus. It was the comic relief portion of my project. It was just meant to produce a few laughs. Glad you liked it.

funny

That's a cute funny story. Good art and voice acting. Made it enjoyable to watch.
I don't think this flash is offensive, though it might be to atheists who can't take a joke or who find the subject of "God" to be offensive. Oh, and about what Mason_Clock said, "christians" don't persecute others. Just because someone labels themselves as a "christian" doesn't mean they really are one. Just like in the clock crew, they say there are "poser" clocks, well there's also been "poser" christians, who think that they can justify their actions by using God or religion. It's been known in history that christians themselves have been the victims of persecution. The Roman Catholic church slaughtered many christians from 538 A.D. to 1798 A.D. during the Dark Ages or Inquisition. These "true" christians were put to death by catholics because they didn't want to follow those corrupt catholic doctrines because they knew they'd be forsaking God/Christ. Whereas, an atheist probably wouldn't give a crap, and just play along to those evil bishops just to save their own life, cause they didn't think there'd be a God waiting on the other side to punish them if they did so. To atheists, the human life is all there is, so why would they let their lives stupidly be martyred for a God that they didn't believe in anyways. When apostle Paul went around preaching the good news, he got beat up, insulted, and threatened. People constantly plotted to kill Paul. But did he ever try to force people to follow him. He only said the message, if they listened, then fine, if not, he moved on to the next town, where others would listen. People who try to convert and kill in the name of God aren't really christians, no matter if they say they are.

NeeKnight responds:

Glad you liked it. And yes, there's a very important difference between those who call themselves "Christians" and those who truly follow Christ.

cool

It's a combination between tuti's and matrix. Pretty neat trailer for a new series. Nice 3D animation and sounds fit well for it. The green letters falling down in the beginning gave a good matrix feel. Makes me want to see more and see how the story is played out. Keep it up!!

io3creations responds:

Hi Violet-AIM,
Thank you for the review. Yes, it will be a Matrix spoof Tuti TV style :)

touching

That's really sweet and touching that you'd make your boyfriend a flash for a 1 month anniversary. I think a lot of people were kind of harsh about that. Just ignore them. I do have one suggestion for you. Your movie right now is 2.6MB, which is too much for a short flash like this. Something like this should be under 500K for file size. Your problem is that you need to fix your music. Try setting it on stream or use only part of the song, only what you need. Anyways, it's good to see other female animators out there. Feel free to stop by FAAC (female animators appreciation club), which is at http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic.php?id=90437&page=7

lones0ul responds:

thank you, its nice to see someone can look pass spelling and all that other shit to see the real reason why i made this video.

nice

I wish I had one of those alarm clocks that never failed. Well, most of those electrical ones have a backup source(9 volt battery like you showed). Had kind of a creepy mood to it, pretty original, and funny as well, like that scene where the guy was ranting and raving to the grim reaper about getting rid of the clock, and talking incoherently, then he just gets thrown out of the window for all that annoying crazy talk. Well, keep it up. Good job John and Versucha!!

MurcurySword responds:

Wow, I really value this 10 considering where its coming from... um... what can I say other than thank you? ... Thank you. That aside, I appreciate your appreciation of the freak out scene, I didn't know if that'd go over with the viewers or not. But I guess, as always, being defenestrated wins the audience. (Hey, kids. That word just now meant: to be thrown out a window.) And as a final comment, Versucha has a name, Claire, but Versucha sounds equally as good, so credit her with that one.

great job

Wow, episode 6 is finally here!! Good animation, voice acting, unique style, and special effects. Funny story and nice little jokes. It was funny that the evil black tuti who talked with a deep voice suddenly had a high pitched one after he got hurt and was bleeding, but it made sense since he was missing his balls. I wonder if there will be something continuing with that golden sperm at the end with the razor sharp teeth. Anyways, I'm looking forward to the next season of Tutitv!!

io3creations responds:

Hi Violet-AIM, Thank you for your review. Glad you enjoyed it. Yes, it's been a while since ep5. Please refer to the updated author's comments for more info regarding the "delay".
Not sure if the 'golden sperm' will return or not. Hmmm. Sounds like a good idea for a Count Cockula Halloween specail!

hmm

That was interesting, though a bit depressing. I disagree about love being a joke though. Not that it really matters what I say, but here's my 2 cents. Before the earth was created, we were all in paradise(spiritual garden of Eden), then we committed a sin in heaven and were cast down to this earth (a spiritual prison). But there were two kinds of sinners/children. Rebellious ones (children of Satan) who intentionally broke the law and deceived ones who unintentionally (children of God being deceived) broke the law. Heaven, being a perfect place means that any sin/law breaking committed, means you are expelled. Those who really loved God would repent and obey God's commands, understand/hear the truth and secret to eternal life (returning home), and the rest, well, they were never meant to return since they intentionally went against God and were just mere "animals" meant to be destroyed anyways. So life on earth is just a prison, you have to serve your time, and in the end, you get either "life" or "death", depending on which path you take, but the right path is a very narrow path, which only very few know and were meant to know.

underscore responds:

I dont know what religen ur from, I am a cristian and the bible says that eden was on earth and was a paridice, adam and eve were thrown out for eating of the frute

good

Sick and bloody as usual. Vomitting blood in the bride's face? LOL Rarely do you ever get to see weddings in flash on NG. Pretty original idea. I like the change of pace from quite and serious, to loud and sick. Keep em coming!!

Livecorpse responds:

Nothing more joyous than a wedding! unless it happens to occur around PEANUT BUTTER JELLY TIME!

not bad

It's nice seeing a flash based on a book or short story. I remember hearing about it in school somewhere. I forgot. What was the reason why the townspeople did the lottery for. I mean, what was the purpose of killing that one person? Or was it for pure entertainment? Anyways, this movie was alright, I like the style you had with the children playing at the playgrounds like it's just a nice pleasant day, but then the bell rings and they all have to gather together for the lottery.

riapunker23 responds:

glad you asked, they did the lottery as a way to offer a sacrifice to god, in hopes that their sacrifice would bring them good fortune with the harvest, rah, nasty barbarians

My most recent flashes were "Call Light Resonse" in 2013 & "Ghost Motel 11" in 2005. I have been gone for awhile (2005-2011). Any posts or reviews made by "Violet-AIM" from 5-05 to 01-30-11 were not from me since somebody else got into my account
